Hello, I’m Helen!I dreamt up and own ViveSport, everything we do is based upon my passion for sport and physical activity.
I'm an ex-junior internahighlight and change email addresstional badminton player and represented England all over Europe bringing home a fair few medals. I have represented Yorkshire in badminton since I was 10 years old. I also played tennis, netball and hockey at regional levels as a junior.
I'm a qualified Level 3 Badminton Coach and am the Yorkshire U18 and U14 badminton coach. As a badminton coach I am sponsored by Babolat. I am also a Level 2 Netball Coach, Disability Badminton Coach and hold many other coaching qualifications, including coaching sport for people with additional needs.
I absolutely love coaching sport and couldn't think of anything else I would rather do. I have experience coaching all ages and abilities, but currently focus on juniors in netball and badminton, and junior performance badminton. Whatever ability I'm coaching I love to make the sessions safe, fun and challenging. I encourage participants to enjoy the social side of sport as well as focussing on what they want to achieve.

Hello! I’m Diane.I qualified as a Level 1 Netball Coach in October 2019. I am an enthusiastic ‘newbie’ coach with many years playing experience in the local netball leagues and participation in Back to Netball.
At the moment I am Assistant Coach at the ViveSport 6-11 year old netball session on a Tuesday and also the two Back to Netball sessions that ViveSport runs in Huddersfield on a Monday and Thursday evening.
I like to make all ViveSport netball sessions a fun and safe place for players to learn more about netball and what they are capable of individually and as part of a team. I love to see players develop and grow over a period of time as their confidence and skills increase.
Hi! I’m Louise. I am a keen badminton player and I am currently working towards my Level 1 qualification. I have recently taken a Badminton England Young Leader course and am very passionate about many sports, however I focus on badminton.
I have been part of the Yorkshire Badminton Squad for 4 years now and I am currently representing the u18 team. I also play for ViveSport’s Huddersfield Eagles mixed and ladies teams in the Huddersfield Badminton League. I am very enthusiastic about working hard and training to become a better player, whilst passing on my knowledge to the younger players I coach and play with.
At the moment I am the Assistant Coach at Halifax Hawks Junior Badminton Club and at our performance session 'Potential Performance'. I enjoy working with beginners and younger players to help to grow their confidence and skills within the sport.
Hi there! I’m Dave. I am a keen badminton player with a lot of years experience of playing the sport in the Huddersfield League, at one point playing in the First Division for many years. I began my coaching journey fairly late, taking up coaching the more advanced players at Halifax Hawks and students at Brooksbank School. I enjoy passing on my experience, skils and knowledge of badminton to the up and coming players I coach.
In addition I am also a website designer and photographer, and am responsible for the development of the ViveSport website.
